Counseling is an investment in your life, health, relationships, family, and future.

This is a private pay therapy practice which means that sessions fees are due at the time of service.

Fee Schedule is as follows:

• $180 for 50 minute therapy session

• $325 for 90 minute therapy session

Please note, I do not participate directly with insurance companies and am therefore considered an out of network provider. All fees are due at the time of service.

I have chosen to be a private pay practice in order to avoid the constraints that insurance companies put on participating therapists. This allows me to maintain the highest level of integrity of the therapeutic process.

Superbills are provided monthly upon request and may be used to submit for partial reimbursement if your insurance plan offers OON (Out of Network) coverage for mental health services. Many of my clients who use their OON benefits get reimbursed a % of the counseling fee often in the 50-70% range. Some clients choose to use their HSA or FSA (Health or Flex Account), which may cover all the cost and allows tax advantages.

If you wish to use OON benefits, first check your plan to determine:

• coverage for licensed counselors as OON providers

• if there’s a deductible and if it has been met

• what percentage, if any, they reimburse for psychotherapy and if the % is of my full rate or what they decide is reasonable and customary (R&C)

• Codes to inquire about include 90791 for initial session then 90834, 90837 or 90847

• if they cover teletherapy
